ACES 2024 will be held from Tuesday 16 to Wednesday 17 July 2024.
ACES 2024 will be held at ICC Sydney which is in Darling Harbour, Sydney. Visit the ICC Sydney page for more information about the venue and how to get there.
The dress code for the summit is business/business casual. This also applies to the Networking Drinks and Women in Renewables Lunch.
The dress code for the Gala Dinner is formal.
The ICC Sydney cloakroom is staffed at all times and all reasonable measures are taken to ensure the security of items accepted for cloaking.
The cloakroom is located at the Customer Service Desk on Ground Floor of the Convention Centre.
Wireless internet will be available for conference attendees throughout the conference venue.
The Wi-Fi details will be available in the event app and on the delegate name badge.

You will be able to access early bird registration rates until 11.59pm (AEST) on 16 March 2024.
You do not need to enter anything into this field unless you have been provided a code. This field will appear when you select your registration type but is not applicable for most delegates unless you have specifically been sent a code.
Yes, you can make changes to your registration details until 16 June 2024. Changes requested after this date cannot be accepted.

Onsite registration will be available; however, we recommend registering online in advance to secure your spot and streamline the check-in process.

We will make speaker PowerPoint presentations available to delegates after the event, where we have permission from the speaker to do so.
Delegates are welcome to attend any of the sessions within the program, none require pre-registration.
Note: Room capacity limits apply for all sessions and some of the popular sessions may reach capacity. We ask that you make your way to sessions early to avoid disappointment. Access to a room will be closed once room capacities have been reached. We thank you for your understanding.
Pre-registration is required for the Networking Drinks, Gala Dinner and Women in Renewables lunch.
We are focused on reducing the environmental impact of our events. Printed resources will not be provided to attendees at ACES 2024.
By reducing our printed collateral at this event, we hope to not only reduce our carbon footprint, but also to set an example to all attendees, sponsors and other important stakeholders.

Yes, time for Q&A is scheduled in most sessions and this will be facilitated by the session chair. You will be able to submit questions through the conference app.

Delegates will be provided with an app code, user name and PIN to access the ACES 2024 app in July 2024.
